Tallink ship Terminal (Terminal D) is located within walking distance from the Tallink hotel. The event organizers recommend to move your legs and walk from Terminal D to the hotel. The hotel is about 650m away from the Terminal D on foot.

Start parking with an SMS message:
In the SMS message, you must write the car registration number (space), the name of the parking zone and send the message to the number 1902. Example: 123ABC OLD TOWN
(When paying for parking on your mobile phone, you can use free parking time: add 15 to the end of the message. Example: 123ABC KESKLINN15 or 123ABC SYDALINN15)
To end parking, call the short number 1903.
PARGI.EE is available for both iOS (Apple) and Android operation systems. You can choose between several different languages, including Estonian, English, Finnish, Latvian, Russian, and German.
Download and install the PARGI.EE mobile app on your phone.
The application will request permission to access your location to display nearby parking zones.
The app will then automatically proceed to make a quick phone call to verify your phone number, followed by a prompt to set up your bank card payment method (MasterCard or Visa only).
When entering your payment information, you will be redirected to the webpage of your bank where you must log in for authentication (secure authentication is required only once when setting up your payment method or if the app is reinstalled).
The app is now ready to use.
As most locals use mobile parking, machines are not as widely spread in Tallinn as in some other European cities. You can find the machine closest to you on the Parkimine.ee website.
The machines accept 10-, 20-, and 50-cent coins and 1- and 2-euro coins. Before paying, make sure you have selected the correct zone. If not, the machine will print a ticket for the zone it is situated in.
