CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

The Client shall be obliged to submit and Hotel confirm all cancellations/modifications in written form by email.
Individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In case of exceeding
cancellation time, the total cost of the rooms in excess of the cancellation time shall be paid as contractual
penalty.
Group reservations up to 50 room nights can be cancelled partly or in full without sanctions in written form as
stated below:

• latest 30 days prior to the date of arrival up to 100% of the total room nights initially booked; 
• 29 – 22 days prior to the date of arrival up to 75% of the total room nights initially booked; 
• 21 – 15 days prior to the date of arrival up to 50% of the total room nights initially booked;
• 14 – 9 days prior to the date of arrival up to 25% of the total room nights booked;
• 8 – 3 days prior to the date of arrival up to 10% of the total room nights initially booked.

In case of exceeding cancellation rates, the total cost of the rooms in excess of the cancellation rate shall be
paid as contractual penalty.
Prepayment of individual reservations is done upon arrival
